Front Line Supervisor (FLS)

As a Front Line Supervisor (FLS), you will develop & lead team members to deliver quality services that help support individuals to learn, grow, and live their best lives & thrive as members of the community. This is a salaried position requiring evening & weekend availability, and will be part of the weekend on-call rotation once trained.

• minimum 1 year experience working with intellectually &/or developmentally disabled persons
• preferred minimum 1 year experience working in behavioral health services
• preferred minimum 1 year supervisory experience in similar fields
• valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, & current auto insurance
• must be 19 years of age or older
• high school diploma or GED
• ability to pass all background checks prior to hire & annually thereafter
• ability to achieve and maintain training and certifications

• manage & oversee residential home as well as staff working in the home
• complete daily, weekly, & monthly tasks (documentation, house & staff meetings, safety drills)
• assist with daily tasks/chores like cooking, cleaning, medication management
• support individuals to practice and maintain good hygiene
• run errands such as shopping and going to appointments
• encourage and foster individual's hobbies and interests
• follow health & safety protocols
