Responsibilities
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner (Recruiter) to join our growing Community team. As part of the largest private employer in the Central Valley, you will play a critical role in supporting a system of over 10,000 employees strong. Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field required (equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field may be substituted for Bachelor's Degree)
- 1 year of previous recruitment experience or healthcare human resources experience required
- Strong knowledge and understanding of talent acquisition required
