Child Care Circuit is a Massachusetts-based nonprofit organization dedicated to providing child care referrals, professional training, and comprehensive support services to families and providers both locally and nationwide.
Role Summary
The Family Specialist Supervisor leads the delivery of family support services within the voucher program, ensuring families and child care providers receive accurate, timely, and compassionate assistance. This role oversees staff, ensures compliance with policies, and promotes high-quality, family-centered service.

Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

Recruit, train, and supervise Family Specialists, fostering a supportive and high-performing team

Conduct regular case reviews to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with program guidelines

Compile and analyze internal audit results to support continuous improvement

Oversee Income Eligible processes with a focus on equitable access for families

Serve as a primary resource for families, addressing questions and resolving concerns

Coordinate and manage family support initiatives and voucher-related projects

Oversee appointment scheduling to ensure timely and accessible services for families

Maintain and update training materials, manuals, and forms to reflect current policies

Manage an active caseload, providing direct support to families and issuing vouchers as needed

Act as a subject matter expert to troubleshoot complex cases and support staff decision-making

Perform additional duties as assigned to support program and family service goals

Minimum of two years of experience supporting families and/or working with child care providers

Strong knowledge of voucher policies, procedures, and family support best practices

Proven ability to train, coach, and support staff

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong customer-service mindset
-
Demonstrated empathy, patience, and cultural sensitivity when working with diverse families

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in computer systems and standard office software preferred.
