Collections Coordinator Job Details After completing our paid training
program, you\'ll be ready to guide blood donors through the entire blood
donation process including screening and drawing their blood while
helping them to feel safe, comfortable, and relaxed. Whether at our
donor center or at a blood drive, no two days are the same! But your
work will always directly impact real people\'s lives right here in our
community. Specific job duties will be reviewed during the interview
process. Pay and Hours -Competitive pay -Full-time position, 40
hours/week -Mobile blood drive position with hours between 5:00 am
7/8:00 pm and rotating weekends Requirements and Skills Needed This is a
fast-paced, people-first role that requires strong attention to detail.
Plus: - High school diploma or equivalent is required. - Valid driver\'s
license and proof of insurance as well as reliable transportation is
required. - EMT, Paramedic, LPN, C.N.A., or M.A. experience is a plus. -
Must be comfortable interacting with a wide variety of people in a
constantly changing environment no day is exactly the same! - Must be
teachable, reliable, and precise. - Must follow all quality, safety, and
privacy regulations. - Complete requirements for this position will be
