What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dietary Aide position at The Commons?

We know that mealtime for residents is an important, exciting part of their day. We need responsible and helpful Dietary Aides that can serve our residents and leave a positive impact on our community!
Responsibilities and Purpose
- Provide assistance to the cook in the preparation and service of meals.
- Follow cleaning schedules and performs cleaning duties as scheduled.
- Setting up the dining room and serving residents.
- Wash and store dishes.
Experience and Education
- Must have or obtain Food Handler’s Card (We can help you with this!)
- Training is provided.
- Experience in a long-term care environment preferred
