Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering high-quality resident care in line with the Nurse Practice Act
• Executing delegated care aspects for residents and their families
• Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with healthcare teams

Qualifications:

• A valid licensed status as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Ohio
• Current certification in CPR
• Prior long-term care experience is preferable
