What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fitness Front Desk Assistant position at The Commons Club at The Brooks?
The Health & Lifestyle Center at the Commons Club in Estero is seeking a front desk assistant to join the team. MUST be flexible to include early morning and occasional weekends. Hours of operation are as follows:
M - F: 6am - 8pm
S & S: 8am - 5pm
Responsibilities:
- Greet, welcome, and check members and guests in with a friendly and professional manner
- Perform and ensure accurate and efficient processing of all transactions
- Answer phone calls and provide information to members
- Perform general laundry duties
- Handle guest requests and concerns promptly and effectively
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with spa and group fitness reservations
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction
Requirements:
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Ability to use computer software programs
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain accurate records and handle administrative tasks efficiently
- Flexible and willing to pick up when needed
- Be on time, dressed in appropriate attire ready for work
- Strong communication skills to interact with guests and team members effectively
- Excellent customer service skills
