This is a full-time on-site role located in Tulsa, OK, for an Executive Director/Chief Executive Officer. The Executive Director will oversee the organization's strategic vision, operations, and overall impact. Responsibilities include leading fundraising initiatives, supervising programs, managing the organization’s staff, building community partnerships, and ensuring fiscal responsibility. The role requires strategic decision-making and communication with stakeholders to uphold and expand the organization’s mission. The Executive Director will represent The Common Good Tulsa in public forums and advocate for the community's needs.
- Leadership and Management: Proven experience in organizational leadership, team management, and strategic decision-making.
- Strategic Planning and Development: Skills in developing and executing effective strategies to achieve organizational goals.
- Communication and Advocacy: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in public speaking and advocacy work.
- Fundraising and Financial Oversight: Demonstrated ability to lead fundraising campaigns, secure funding from diverse sources, and maintain fiscal responsibility.
- Community Engagement: Strong ability to build and sustain partnerships with community members and external stakeholders.
- Passion and Experience: A deep commitment to social impact work; experience working in underserved communities is preferred.
