Job Summary

Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Night Auditor, where your energetic and detail-oriented approach will ensure seamless overnight operations. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for guests during the night shift, providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks.

Weekends: Friday, Saturday and Sunday Nights

Duties

• Oversee nightly front desk operations, including guest check-ins, check-outs, and account reconciliations using property management system
• Conduct detailed night audits by balancing daily financial transactions, verifying billing accuracy, and preparing reports for management review
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone and in person, delivering courteous and professional customer service at all times
• Monitor hotel security through CCTV surveillance and perform routine safety checks in accordance with hotel emergency procedures
• Maintain accurate records of all overnight activities, incidents, and maintenance requests, ensuring compliance with hotel policies
• Assist with late-night reservations and modifications using hospitality reservation systems, supporting guest relations and operational flow

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving and guest satisfaction
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally via phone communication and face-to-face interactions
• Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures, security protocols, and night audit processes
• Previous hotel experience preferred
• Ability to work overnight shifts reliably while maintaining high energy levels and attention to detail
