The Commencement Group is looking to hire Outside Sales Interns for Spring 2026. Our spring commencement season takes place during the months of May June. This is a seasonal position with more opportunities to work with us every graduation season. Outside sales refers to the type of sales that take place in the field (i.e. graduations).
Qualifications:
- Open availability during our busy weekends
- Valid driver's license
- Provide own means of transportation to our office
- Freshman, sophomore or junior in college
- Open to traveling for extended periods of time

Responsibilities:
- Traveling throughout your region to sell various commemorative items at commencements
- Utilizing sales techniques to effectively execute sales
- Working as a team to generate revenue and hitting sales goals
- Setting up retail kiosks at commencements
- Organizing and maintaining inventory of products at kiosks throughout the day
- Understanding and implementing the marketing of products
- Maintaining our company brand and professional demeanor on-site
Financial:
- Hourly pay of $18/hour
- Discretionary bonus for hitting sales goals
