Job Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning duties, including (but not limited to) dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms and kitchens
- Take out trash
- Wipe down surfaces and appliances
- Assist with deep cleaning tasks such as baseboards, interior windows, and inside appliances (as needed)
- Perform one-time deep cleaning services and subscription (reoccurring services) as outlined in plan.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, making sure all items are left where they go and are fully functional and clean.
- Follow company standards to ensure client satisfaction
- Travel to locations out of the immediate area (including Pueblo and Walsenburg) to perform weekly, biweekly, or monthly cleanings.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
Qualifications:
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred (but not required)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation to and from client locations
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical cleaning tasks
- Strong social skills and ability to communicate effectively with client.
Schedule:
- Flexible scheduling available (part-time and potential full-time opportunities)
- Morning, afternoon, or weekend shifts may be available

Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning and housekeeping roles, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment operation.
- Familiarity with janitorial practices and industrial cleaning methods is advantageous.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
- Previous custodial or housekeeping management experience is a plus.
- A positive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.
