The Opportunity
As Senior Associate, you will serve as lead counsel on sophisticated matrimonial and family law matters while contributing to the firm’s continued growth and attorney development.
You will:
- Lead complex divorce, custody, support, and Family Court cases
- Serve as primary counsel in hearings, conferences, negotiations, and trials
- Develop and execute litigation strategy with support from experienced paralegals
- Draft advanced pleadings, motions, financial affidavits, and settlement agreements
- Mentor junior attorneys and law clerks
- Maintain exceptional client communication and professionalism
- Collaborate with Client Consultation Managers to ensure smooth onboarding and case progression
Qualifications
- J.D. and admission to practice in New York (or eligible under reciprocity)
- 5 years of litigation experience (family/matrimonial preferred)
- Strong courtroom presence and confidence handling high-conflict matters
- Demonstrated leadership ability and sound professional judgment
- Commitment to client service and ethical advocacy
Compensation & Benefits
