We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Assisted Living Home Administrator/Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our senior living community. Responsibilities
- Ability to perform daily care, when needed, for the residents, such as dressing and bathing.
- Oversee medical and health service activities and personnel
- Work collaboratively with physicians to implement appropriate healthcare programs
- Plan and coordinate social services
- Maintain a clean environment to ensure resident safety
- Enforce healthcare policies and procedures
- Oversee staff recruiting, scheduling, training, and disciplinary actions
- Work with your team of caregivers/PCAs to provide excellent personal care
- Build a network of new resident referral sources
- Plan and coordinate resident activities and group events
- Maintain regulatory standards of care
- Coordinate with contract nurse and onsite doctors to maintain standards of resident care
- Maintain close relationships with resident family's and meet their needs
- Conduct meetings
- Oversee and coordinate resident food service
- Monitor and maintain regulatory compliance
- Work with Home Health organizations
- Oversee cooking and cleaning services
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in healthcare or other medical fields preferably in long-term care
- Experience in a managerial role
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Caring and Honest
- Knowledge of Medication and Uses
