Human Resources Manager – Manufacturing (Nonunion)
An established industry leader with a strong track record of profitability, continued growth, and promoting from within is seeking a Human Resources Manager to support its manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with site leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Drive organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and change management initiatives.
- Lead employee relations, performance management, and employee development programs.
- Develop talent management and succession planning strategies.
- Coach leaders and supervisors to strengthen leadership effectiveness and team performance.
- Promote a positive, performance-driven culture while ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and federal and state employment laws.
- Proven ability to influence leadership, drive organizational change, and deliver results.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- SHRM certification is a plus.
