Ad for high quality “A” tech
I know you’re out there. We really want you to become an integral part of our team.
You’re a very skilled collision repair professional. You’re currently frustrated with your present work situation. You’ve had enough of the flat rate pay system. You’ve had enough of working with people who don’t care about the quality of repair the way you care about it. You want to work in a true team environment – where people depend on each other, communicate, and collaborate to perform consistently excellent repairs. You’ve got a strong work ethic, and you’re able to check your ego at the door, which makes you a huge asset for a quality-driven team.
If you’re tired of the flat rate foolishness, if you’re tired of management not understanding the importance of OE repair procedures, if you’re tired of working in an environment where ownership is more concerned about maintaining their insurance programs than they are about quality repairs and what is best for the customer, then we’d like to talk with you.
We are a BMW, Hyundai, Mazda, Nissan and Volkswagen Certified Collision Repair Facility, committed to the highest standards of craftsmanship, safety, and OEM compliance.
