We are looking to hire our next store leader/manager at our Rockland, MA location. Our current store leader is retiring next spring and we want to bring in an outstanding individual now, who will contribute to our success while we train and integrate you into our unique culture and repair process.

The ideal candidate will have a strong collision repair background as an estimator/blueprinter and a very real passion to spend their career working in the collision repair industry. We are looking for the person who is humble, hungry and smart and has the potential to become an outstanding leader. The position requires a strong work ethic, a high level of responsibility and a desire to, in essence, run your own business. Initial compensation (78-104 K) will be very competitive with an outstanding long term upside based on your ability to build a team that consistently performs at a high level.

REQUIREMENTS

• 8 years of prior experience in collision industry
• Must currently have a valid Driver’s License
• Must have a valid Massachusetts Auto Damage Appraiser License
• Must be located in the United States
• High School or Equivalent (Preferred)
• Must be proficient with industry technology

ABILITIES/SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE

• Verbal and Written Communication Skill-Set
• Work in a team-environment to provide support and interact with team members and managers as needed
• Learn about the DCR patented production process in how we move vehicles through production
• Write estimates for vehicles based on assessment of damages to provide a repair plan following OE Guidelines in CCC One
• Ability to provide outstanding customer care and give clear and concise updates regularly to customers on vehicle repairs

Pay: $70,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
