WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Welcome and assist customers throughout the repair process.
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and coordinate communication.
- Help keep workflow organized and moving efficiently.
- Communicate through phone, text, email, and software systems.
- Support the team so nothing falls through the cracks.
- Help create a clean, professional, positive environment.
- Make customers feel comfortable, informed, and confident.
