What are the responsibilities and job description for the Multimedia / ACT Prep Teacher position at The College Preparatory & Leadership Academy?
Multimedia / ACT Prep (Reading & English) Teacher
General responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Teach journalism class and produce multimedia projects, including the yearboakk with students
Teach students how to create marketing materials including flyers, videos, and photos
Teach students how to maintain school website and social media pages
Use students to promote and produce content about school-wide events- Teach ACT Prep course to improve students' reading and English writing skills
Qualified candidates have:

Ability and desire to continue to grow and learn
Bachelor's Degree required in communications, journalism, English, or related field- Willingness to become an ACT Certified teacher
Some experience in videography and photography
Knowledge of Adobe software (ie. Illustrator, Premiere Pro)
Ability to diagnose, repair and maintain hardware and software components
Excellent troubleshooting skills
Exceptional communication skills
A portfolio or demonstration of knowledge is required.
