This is an eleven-month, tenure-track negotiable faculty position in the Department of Nursing with teaching responsibilities in the online hybrid post-baccalaureate nursing program at the College’s St. Cloud campus. This position has online and on-campus teaching responsibilities, student advising, scholarship, and college and community service expectations. Candidates will collaborate, contribute to, and participate in fostering a culture of inclusion in support of college diversity goals.

Key Results/Responsibilities
- Synchronous online (didactic), on-campus for skills/simulation, and clinical teaching
- Student advising, scholarship, and service expectations
- Effectively collaborate with teaching, program, and department teams
- Effectively use multiple technology platforms (Brightspace, ExamSoft, DegreeWorks, etc)
- Communicate and interact effectively with diverse students, faculty, and staff
- Master’s degree in nursing or a graduate degree in nursing in process
- Active, unencumbered RN license in the state of Minnesota
- Professional nursing experience
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in teams
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to learn and use multiple technology platforms
- Demonstrated cross-cultural communication skills and multicultural competency
- Demonstrated experience interacting effectively with diverse populations
- Doctoral degree in nursing
- Teaching experience
