Responsibilities
- Run seller consultations using our Home Sale Success framework
- Prepare pricing analysis and market positioning for each listing
- Manage listings from signed agreement through closing
- Hold open houses and follow up with every attendee
- Prospect expired, FSBO, and farm leads during protected call blocks
- Join weekly Listings Lab sessions
- Active Missouri real estate license
- At least 5 listings taken in the past 24 months
- Confident presenting to sellers and handling pricing objections
- Strong negotiation and follow-up habits
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Salary : $150,000 - $200,000
