Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Service Advisor located in Miami, FL. The Service Advisor will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing customer-focused service. Day-to-day tasks include communicating with customers, addressing aftersales issues, and acting as the liaison between customers and the service department to ensure a smooth service experience.
Qualifications

- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
- Experience with Aftersales and handling customer issues
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-paced environment
