What We’re Looking For - A BCBA with
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Active Florida BCBA Certification (BACB)
- Clinical quality that balances team morale, recognizing that burnout prevention is part of our ethical practice
- Sees the "big picture" - how behavior change fits into larger life and learning systems
- A genuine passion for helping children reach their full potential
- Proactive , detail oriented and flexible
- Provides an ongoing supportive learning environment for RBTs
What You’ll Do
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide supervision and mentorship to RBTs and BCaBAs
- Inspire and empower RBTs through ongoing training designed to strengthen their clinical knowledge and confidence
- Analyze data and adjust interventions to ensure meaningful progress
- Collaborate with families, teachers, and community partners
- Bring energy, empathy, and professionalism to every session
