Job description:
The Cole Academy is growing and seeking leaders for expansion opportunities. We provide Hawaii's finest nationally accredited early childhood education and childcare for children ages 6 weeks through 6 years. Our preschool and daycare services are available year-round and island-wide on Oahu and Hawaii Island.
Seeking ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR candidates for growth-targeted roles at the Downtown location. Must have previous preschool and daycare experience, and be able to handle administrative and leadership-support tasks for large center-based infant/toddler and preschool centers.
Overview of general responsibilities-
· Assists the Center Director with the day-to-day operations of the administrative and office tasks, and assist with the Director's needs for center management of the campus
· Supports all staff members, in coordination with the Director, to assure that NECPA accreditation, DHS State licensing, procedures, and protocols, Cole Academy standards and expectations are always met.
· Fosters a professional, cohesive, and positive relationship with all parents, children, staff members, and visitors.
Lowest ratios, advanced curriculum & training, ample technological and material resources. Join a great team working together to prepare children for K-12.
Bachelor's degree preferred plus at least 5 years of experience. Must be qualified as Director under I/T and GCC with the DHS Early Childhood Registry.
