Job Summary
The Coffeeshop is looking for an experienced, dependable, and customer-focused Barista to join our team. This is a part-time position averaging 10–20 hours per week, typically consisting of 2–3 shifts per week, with most shifts falling on weekends. Applicants must be 21 years of age or older due to the nature of our business.

What You'll Do
- Prepare high-quality coffee, espresso, tea, and specialty beverages
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the café
- Process transactions using our POS system (Toast experience is a plus)
- Assist with opening, closing, and daily operational tasks
- Work closely with teammates to ensure smooth service during busy periods
What We're Looking For
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Previous barista experience required (1 year preferred)
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Available to work 2–3 shifts per week (10–20 hours total)
- Must have consistent weekend availability, as most shifts are scheduled on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
