What You’ll Do
- Prepare espresso-based beverages, teas, and specialty drinks according to recipe standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a welcoming and positive attitude.
- Learn and retain drink recipes, product knowledge, and coffee education.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
- Work alongside your teammates to keep the café running smoothly during busy rushes.
- Take initiative to restock, clean, and complete tasks without being asked.
- Help create a warm, inviting atmosphere for every guest.
What We’re Looking For
- A genuine interest in coffee and a willingness to learn about specialty coffee.
- Ability to quickly learn and retain recipes, procedures, and new information.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistency.
- Comfortable measuring ingredients and following recipes precisely.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Positive attitude with a team-first mentality.
- Dependable, punctual, and accountable.
- Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and working in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person.
- Previous experience in fast-paced customer service or food service is highly preferred.
- Availability for weekday mornings and occasional Saturdays is preferred.
