As a member of our team, you'll engage with guests while developing your skills in various areas across the business. Many of our General Managers started off as Baristas!

What You'll Measure and Blend:
- Be a warm host, guiding guests through their coffee experience from beginning to end, providing exceptional guest service throughout.
- Create coffee moments, sharing your knowledge, our coffee, and sustainability practices with guests.
- Be a coffee & tea expert, bringing passion and training to share with guests.
- Generate new guests, meeting many of them for the first time in-store.
- Care about safety, ensuring a healthy work environment for employees and guests.
- Contribute, taking pride in store tidiness, organizing stock, and innovating ways to improve success.

- Pay Range: $20.00-$22.00 Hourly (based on minimum wage ordinance and experience).
