What You’ll Do For Us

  • Develop and lead the category and brand insights learning plan in partnership with Human Insights and Marketing teams, identifying key knowledge gaps and growth opportunities.
  • Synthesize diverse data sources—qualitative, quantitative, syndicated, and custom research—into holistic answers and actionable recommendations that shape strategies and programs.
  • Serve as a trusted thought partner to senior marketing leaders, answering business questions in a data-backed, consumer-first manner
  • Lead insight workstreams supporting creative strategy, innovation pipeline development, product and packaging initiatives, and go-to-market execution.
  • Leverage cutting-edge research methodologies and explore AI‑enabled tools to continuously enhance the speed and quality of insights delivery.
  • Foster collaboration within the North America Operating Unit and global insights network, sharing best practices and applying common frameworks.
  • Manage and develop a team of three Brand/Category associates, building capabilities to elevate impact and performance.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, marketing, business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience: 8 years in consumer and market insights within CPG or related industries, including experience with innovation and creative development.
  • Research Expertise: Mastery of custom research, analytics, and syndicated data sources (e.g., Nielsen, Kantar, Ipsos) with the ability to design and interpret insights programs across methodologies.
  • Strategic Mindset: Strong ability to frame structured and unstructured problems, apply holistic analysis, and connect insights to growth strategies.
  • Prioritization & Agility: Ability to handle multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously, not sacrificing quality or speed.
  • Leadership and Influence: Proven capability in leading teams and influencing senior stakeholders through clear, compelling storytelling rooted in data.
  • Communication Expertise in synthesizing complex information into strategic narratives, with strong verbal and visual presentation abilities.
  • Collaboration: Demonstrated success working in a networked environment and orchestrating diverse teams, internal partners, and external vendors.
  • Innovation Mindset: Curiosity and comfort experimenting with emerging research methods and technology to drive speed and precision.
  • Business Acumen: Ability to connect consumer and market insights to brand-building, innovation strategies, and category leadership priorities.

What We’ll Do For You

  • Empower you to lead insights that directly shape brand positioning, creative strategy, and innovation pipelines across a portfolio of iconic beverages.
  • Provide opportunities to influence marketing decisions at both operating unit and global levels, leveraging a networked organization dedicated to knowledge sharing and capability building.
  • Enable access to advanced research tools, AI-driven analytics, and best-in-class methodologies for future-ready insight strategies.
  • Support your professional growth through a dynamic environment focused on continuous learning and business impact.
