Location(s): United States of America City/Cities: Atlanta Travel Required: Relocation Provided: Job Posting End Date: June 19, 2023 Shift: Job Description Summary: Product Manager, Digital Assets The Digital Assets Product Manager will be responsible for the ongoing efforts to build and evolve our Company’s capability in digital asset and rights management. This role will lead the management of the Company’s enterprise digital asset management (DAM) solution set, inclusive of multiple technologies. The Product Manager position will work internationally and cross-functionally to evolve the DAM capability, and partner closely with other product leads to manage cross-system experiences. The solution set supports the storage, adaptation and reuse of a diverse matrix of digital assets, so this role demands a thoughtful approach to evaluating stakeholder needs and translating them into solutions that will shape the future of DAM at Coca-Cola. Key Responsibilities: Gain a deep understanding of the customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow adoption and improve customer experience Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact Work closely with internal implementation teams (including Global Information Technology) and vendor’s professional services team for delivery Drive product launches in coordination with Digital Assets team Evaluate engagement plans and communications to ensure they are consistent with product strategy and capabilities Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding across the System Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners Translate product strategy into detailed product requirements, use case scenarios and user personas Maintain the product portfolio roadmap Drive the end-to-end software development lifecycle from inception through post-production Work closely with service-provider partners that provide asset management and rights management services to understand enhancements that will drive operational efficiencies and user satisfaction Analyze the internal and external competitive landscapes and conduct technology assessments to identify and incorporate innovations and best practices Job Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field and/or related product management professional certifications Work experience: 8 years of experience; 3 years minimum in Digital Asset Management (DAM) or similar capabilities or related fields including, but not limited to, Web Content Management (WCM) or robust Content Management Services (CMS), Records Management (RM), Digital Librarian or Archival Service management offering. Excellent oral and written communicator with great interpersonal skills. Able to forge trusting relationships within a diverse team. Able to work equally well with people in creative, technical and managerial positions. Ability to facilitate and accelerate business relationships based upon an understanding of the user base. Includes the ability to actively listen and engage in conversation with customers to uncover relevant information, resources and solutions. Ability to interpret feedback from various stakeholders to evaluate performance of services, platform, or processes, and develop recommendations on how best to address for both the near term and long term solutions. Proficient at business planning in coordination with objectives of other strategic initiatives; ensuring the platform is economically stable, strategically focused, and delivering on agreed-upon business requirements. Adept at evaluating new technologies (e.g., software, hardware, middle-ware,) and industry trends in order to improve user performance, or expand customer base, and others. Ability to research and analyze business information to develop an understanding of the industry and competitive environment. Risk Management: Knowledge of procedures used and ability to assess the ramifications of external developments and internal decisions on the Company's business and reputation, and counsel management on how to minimize risks. Project Management: Ability to prioritize work, develop workflows and staged processes to ensure that work is completed efficiently and on time; establishing management routines to effectively track progress and identify issues and risks, removing barriers and leveraging resources when necessary. Industry Knowledge Base: Knowledge of industry trends and competitive pressures, strategies and plans, organizational structure, decision-making process, contacts, technology infrastructure and systems. Demonstrated success implementing and managing digital asset management solutions and/or workflows in a complex or creative environment. Solid technical background, experience managing technical projects, and/or hands-on technical experience.
