What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manufacturing Data Analyst position at The Coca-Cola Company?
The Manufacturing Analyst will provide analysis of production and maintenance activities, metrics, material flow and inventory to support the achievement of quality targets and goals. In this role, Associate will assess compliance standards and report outcomes to Area Managers and participate on Cross Functional Teams in support of innovation initiatives in the Production and Maintenance departments.
What You'll Do For Us
Include, but are not limited to:
Perform analysis and database creation for production metrics
Tier 2 & 3 Metrics maintenance and reporting
Support Project S4 Hanna Implementation initiatives
Analyze OE Data from 2017, 2018, and 2019 to pull the percentage of downtime for all 3 production departments
Perform production measurements tracking, as well as graphics to allow inventory to pull reports weekly from SAP and report out to area managers at ACW, ABBP, and FTW on inventory that is out of range
Evaluate the REM process in Liquid, assess compliance with SOPs and data integrity. Report outcomes to Area Manager
Analyze the impact of inaccurate data in SAP and impact on MUV
Create new data trackers and graphics to support clear cross functional communication of production performance and areas of opportunity
Maintain template in excel that will allow the liquid operators and lab to see the current status of any batch within that given week’s schedule.
Track & update to dashboard, Operator accomplishments and adherence to targets as related to key department metrics
Organize PM orders inputted by Operators from both ACW and ABBP, run related reports via SAP to help maintenance technicians track open orders
Utilize SAP to run reports, update and maintain the relevant metrics information in support of the Maintenance team
Maintain GMP weekly checklist for Associates in Liquid, Dry and Freestyle
GMP PM Orders: redeveloping the information within the orders as well as tracking and closing out orders on a weekly basis
Perform SOP review and update as directed by Area Manager
Facilitate BBS training of associates and tracking monthly status
Support cross functional project teams as assigned
Perform all other responsibilities as assigned by manager

Participates in the definition of individual and team objectives / metrics that contribute to continuous improvement, focusing on the quality, occupational safety and environmental aspects.
In the areas of Food Safety, Food Fraud and Food Defense must comply with all company policies set forth for the protection and security of materials produced.

General Aspects of the Position
Generally, works in an office environment with normal level of noise and controllable changes of temperature, will work in Manufacturing environment as needed.
Needs to walk, bend the body, lean, and/or be seated for long periods of time.
Performs light physical effort with little exposure to adverse conditions.
Works with a personal computer and programs to prepare documents or reports and present these to others as necessary.
Applies communication skills to perform work and coordinate with others.
Utilizes advance skills of reading, writing, speaking, analytical capacity and high level of professional judgment to resolve problems affecting work area.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s Degree: Production Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operational Excellence or Business Management
Experience: One Year Minimum
