In this position you’ll be providing support to the production department by executing operational duties as defined by safety, quality and productivity parameters.
What You’ll Do for Us
Operate multiple filler types and support equipment and/or understand batch mixing for simple, juice and emulsion mixes as well as Pasteurization and homogenization batches.

Qualification & Requirements
High School diploma or GED equivalent
2-5 years of successful experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of SAP
Strong knowledge of GMP/ HACCP
Understanding and knowledge of basic Lean Manufacturing tools and concepts
Good math skills, Strong problem solving skills, Strong team interaction.

Pay Range:$61,200 - $82,800
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:7.5
Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role. It falls in the middle of the range for your role, indicating performance at target.
