About the Job
The CoBuilders LLC is hiring a reliable Part-Time Janitorial Cleaner to service a federal recruiting facility (approx. 1,290 sq. ft.). This is a secure site supporting military operations and requires professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail.
Schedule
- 2 visits per week
- Approx. 1.5 hours per visit
- Tuesdays & Thursdays between 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- No work on federal holidays
Pay
- $23.71 per hour
- Approx. $71/week | $308/month
- Paid monthly via direct deposit (last business day)
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, offices, and floors
- Empty trash and replace liners
- Restock restroom and kitchen supplies
- Dust and clean interior glass surfaces
- Maintain janitorial closet
- Report maintenance issues (leaks, lights, pests)
Requirements
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Valid photo ID required on site
- Background check may be required
- Must bring basic PPE (gloves, safety glasses)
- Able to work independently and reliably
