- Familiarity with or willingness to learn CIMRA’s constitutional framework and inter-branch processes.

- Oversee the administration and logistics of all Directorate operations, ensuring tasks are executed efficiently and on time.
- Coordinate inter-branch execution between the Council, Directorate, and Guardian to ensure alignment and prevent duplication of effort.
- Manage scheduling, records, and internal communications for the Executive Director and Executive Officers.
- Anticipate operational bottlenecks and implement solutions to maintain smooth functioning across all active initiatives.
- Support the rollout of Executive Orders, Emergency Response Team deployments, and investigative coordination with proper documentation and accountability.
- Maintain operational continuity by tracking deadlines, assignments, and follow-through on Council directives and Guardian rulings.
- Provide clear situational updates and logistical briefings to the Executive Director, enabling them to focus on leadership, strategy, and external representation.
- Train and supervise any administrative staff or assistants tasked with operational duties as CIMRA grows.
