What You'll Do

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, cookware, and kitchen equipment using commercial dishwashing equipment.
• Maintain a constant supply of clean dishes and utensils for the kitchen and dining room.
• Keep the dish area clean, organized, and sanitary throughout your shift.
• Empty trash and recycling as needed.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors to maintain a safe work environment.
• Assist with receiving and organizing deliveries when needed.
• Help stock kitchen supplies and storage areas.
• Support cooks and chefs with basic cleaning and kitchen tasks.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations.
• Complete opening, running, and closing cleaning responsibilities.
• Work closely with the culinary team to keep service running efficiently.

What We're Looking For

• Previous restaurant experience is helpful but not required.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to follow cleaning, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and Cardinals game days.

Preferred Qualifications

• Dishwasher or kitchen utility experience
• Restaurant or hospitality experience
• Food Handler Certification (or ability to obtain)
• Interest in learning prep or line cook responsibilities

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk throughout your shift.
• Frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Bend, squat, reach, and move safely in a busy kitchen.
• Work around hot water, cleaning chemicals, and commercial kitchen equipment.
• Maintain a fast pace during busy meal periods.
