Why This Role Matters
We are searching for a Valet Attendant that is crucial to the guest experience, serving as the first and last personal contact upon arrival and departure. This role is responsible for providing organized, service-oriented assistance to ensure a welcoming arrival. Key duties include offering vehicle assistance, helping with luggage during both check-in and check-out, and offering informative guidance on the hotel's amenities, outlets, and nearby attractions.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome guests warmly as they arrive at the property and provide assistance in and out of vehicles.
- Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in accordance with company safety and security procedures.
- Assist guests with luggage during check-in and check-out, ensuring careful handling and professional service.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations regarding hotel outlets, amenities, events and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain knowledge of ADA parking procedures and all safety and security protocols.
- Communicate and partner with Front Office, Security and other departments as needed to support guest needs.
- Maintain awareness of guest flow and arrival patterns to ensure efficient and organized service.
- Maintain professional appearance and conduct in accordance with uniform and grooming standards.
- Ensure the hotel's driveway, portecoche, and parking area are kept clean and tidy.
- Protect company assets and maintain confidentiality of proprietary, client and guest information.
- Other duties as assigned with the functions of this position as needed at the property.

Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast paced guest-facing environment.
- Strong awareness of safety and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments to support guest experience.
- Minimum age of 21 with preferably 2 years of driving experience required.
- Hospitality or guest service experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent experience or training required.
- Current New Mexico driver’s license with an insurable driving record required.
Salary : $12 - $14
