What You’ll Do
- Deliver attentive, high-quality dining service during banquets and special events.
- Set up dining areas, roll silverware, and prepare food and beverage stations.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and in sync with event timelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and professional presentation of dining and service areas.
- Communicate effectively with team members and leadership throughout events.
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care.
- Handle guest checks, cash, and tip reporting accurately.
- Uphold all food safety, sanitation, and company service standards.
- Maintain a polished, professional appearance at all times.

Requirements
- Strong communication, multitasking, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
- Current New Mexico Food Handler Certification and Alcohol Server Certification required.
- Ability to remain guest-focused and calm under pressure.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift, carry, push, and pull 10 pounds.
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Salary : $16 - $18
