Overview
The Clubhouse is looking for a reliable Part-Time Line Cook to join our kitchen team on Saturday and Sunday evenings.
Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients (chopping, portioning, marinating) ahead of service
- Follow recipes and portioning guidelines consistently
- Set up and break down prep stations before and after each weekend evening shift
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area
- Properly label, date, and store food items
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
Qualifications
- Previous line cook experience required
- Knife skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Must be available both Saturday and Sunday evenings
Pay: $22.00 per hour
