Job Duties & Expectations:
- Preps, Cooks and executes proper plate presentation for menu items.
- Accommodates reasonable requests from members and guests.
- Possesses the ability to perform required role during fast-paced or emergency situations.
- Consistently uses safe and sanitary food handling practices.
- Cleans assigned workstation areas, preparation and serving equipment.
- Notifies Executive Chef or kitchen management in advance of expected product shortages.
