The Club at Kukui'ula is seeking a talented and motivated Cook IV to join our culinary team of professionals. Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a quality independent or resort restaurant
- Culinary education or equivalent industry experience preferred
- Proficient in various cooking techniques and recipe execution
- Familiarity with farm-to-table or locally sourced food preparation
- Ability to operate standard kitchen equipment safely and effectively
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative team mentality
- Positive attitude and passion for culinary excellence
Requirements
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Must adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to follow instructions and multitask in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Willingness to learn and take direction from senior culinary staff
Salary Range
$23.16 to $27.25 USD hourly
