Duties
- Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, fertilizing, aerating, and weed control to keep turf healthy and vibrant
- Maintain landscape features such as planting beds, shrubs, trees, and hardscape elements with precision and care
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for trimming, pruning, planting, and general maintenance
Experience
- Prior experience in landscape maintenance, gardening, or horticulture is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Mechanical knowledge related to landscaping equipment and tools is highly desirable
- Familiarity with lawn care techniques, landscape maintenance practices, and the use of hand tools and power tools
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina for active tasks
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to property upkeep and safety standards
