Part Time position available. The Club at Harbor Point is a Tennis, Swim and Fitness destination nestled into the waterfront enclave of Strawberry Point and neighbor to Mill Valley and Tiburon communities.
We are seeking:
- Part Time Reception Desk Team Members Weekends
Qualifications: Availability to work day shifts on weekdays & weekends, the Ideal candidate has previous experience in the fitness club or the hospitality industry. This position requires the candidate to demonstrate a high level of customer service and the ability to work independently and with initiative.
- Candidate must also be able to comprehend and reiterate a diverse range of information regarding The Club and an ability to process a series of transactions.
- Candidate must be able to lift and carry items such as towel stacks and bags -- varying in weights 20 lbs. to 40 lbs. Must be willing to enforce Club rules and policies.
- Due to the continued close proximity to club members and other employees, candidate must be vaccinated for COVID-19
Schedule: Part Time Position requires a dependable and reliable weekdays & weekends (day shifts on weekdays & weekends) available shifts 3-4 days a week. Main task for this shifts is to work efficiant under pressure and multi tasking.
Position Overview: Provide immediate, efficient and friendly customer service in person and over the phone. Discuss all related programs and services such as tennis court & swim reservations and fitness class schedules. Provide information related to the swimming pool, hot tub, wading pool and pool lounge area. Provide information related to personal training, pricing and the scheduling of appointments. Assist members and guests with accurate driving directions to and from The Club as well as parking information. Maintain a clean, tidy and welcoming environment. Securely close the facility.
Core skills: PC/Microsoft/General computer skills. Team player with strong communication and interpersonal relations. Personal drive, self-determination, personal integrity and a strong work ethic. Ability to multitask and effectively manage a variety of duties. Self-disciplined and self-motivated. Proactive. MUST BE RELIABLE.
Living in the immediate Marin County area is a big plus.
