Responsibilities:
The Wellness Associate will report directly to the Wellness Director and will be responsible for assisting with the implementation and coordination of resident care services. Key responsibilities will include:
Assisting with medication management programs
Performing health services under the supervision of the registered nurse
Conducting routine measurements and laundry
Providing timely med passes to residents
Coordinating medication management and provision
Assisting with activities of daily living for all residents
Frequent interactions with residents, staff members, and healthcare professionals
Contributing to a positive work environment
Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with residents and staff
Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality care and services
Participating in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
Other duties as assigned by the Wellness Director or other senior leaders.
