Role Description
This is a volunteer role for a Director of Growth at The CLUB. The Director of Growth will be responsible driving member growth, project management, business development, and marketing initiatives. The role is located in Palo Alto, CA, with flexibility for some remote work.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute innovative strategies to increase membership signups and participation.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to traffic, conversions, and membership growth.
- Coordinate and promote monthly events designed to showcase the value of our membership.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in growth marketing, membership engagement, or a related field
- Analytical Skills and Project Management expertise
- Sales and Business Development acumen
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
