Job Overview
This position is a hybrid roll supporting two companies operated under the same management; The Clothes Bin and A&A Delivery. We are seeking a motivated and dependable Warehouse Worker / Back up Driver to join our dynamic logistics team. This role offers an opportunity to work hard and indepentently with advancement.
Duties
Warehouse
* Material Handler with load bagged clothes into 400 pound "sacks."
* Sacks will be weighed, closed, and moved with a forklift for storage.
* Work is independent with productivity tracked.
* Additional responsibilities include cleaning, palletizing equipment, loading trucks, and light landscaping
Driver
* Driver will drive a 16' box truck (Occasionally a 26' box truck)
* Will pick up bagged clothes from customer locations across Iowa.
* There will be occasional opportunies to take on additional driving jobs.
Hours
Hours are somewhat flexible, but generally between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm. (Monday through Friday)
Schedule will vary slightly seasonally, but will generally work 4 days in the warehouse and 1 day per week driving.
Pay
* $17.50 per hour for hours worked in the warehouse
* $20.00 per hour for hours worked driving.
Valid driver’s license with Clean driving record is a must; experience operating heavy equipment is a plus.
