Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Title Insurance Receptionist to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and team members, ensuring a smooth and professional front desk experience. Your organizational skills and friendly demeanor will help maintain efficient office operations while supporting various administrative functions related to title insurance services. Responsibilities

  • Greet clients, visitors, and vendors with professionalism and warmth, providing exceptional customer support at all times
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and courteously using proper phone etiquette
  • Handle incoming inquiries and schedule appointments efficiently using calendar management tools
  • Maintain organized filing systems, including document scanning, data entry, and proofreading of legal and title documents
  • Utilize office software
  • Support office management duties including supply inventory, mail distribution, and general clerical support
  • Assist with data entry, proofing documents for accuracy, and maintaining detailed records of transactions

Experience

  • Prior office experience in a receptionist or administrative role within the legal, medical, or real estate fields is highly preferred
  • Proven proficiency with computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and data entry skills
  • Experience with multi-line phone systems and strong phone etiquette skills are essential
  • Knowledge of title insurance processes or related fields such as real estate or legal support is advantageous
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in customer service roles that require excellent communication and interpersonal skills
