We are seeking a Sales Associate with a passion for fashion, strong attention to detail, and an interest in delivering an elevated, personalized shopping experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with clients, has an eye for style, and is excited to grow with a new brand from the ground up.
Duties
- Provide a warm, welcoming, and elevated in-store experience
- Assist clients with styling, product selection, and luxury brand knowledge
- Build and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business
- Support sales goals and contribute to overall store performance
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and an organized sales floor
- Process transactions accurately through POS systems
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and organization
- Stay knowledgeable on current trends, new arrivals, and key designer pieces
Experience
- Previous experience in luxury retail (Saks, Neiman Marcus, Bloomingdale’s, etc.) strongly preferred
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships (clienteling experience a plus)
- Strong knowledge of designer brands and current fashion trends
- Professional, polished, and detail-oriented
- Sales-driven mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
