Your role at Clorox:

The Briq Prod Worker will be expected to work a 12-hour rotating shift schedule and provide back-up to the Process Operator and Briq Loader Operator. This role is expected to perform PM work and department housekeeping.

In this role, you will:

• Works under minimum supervision to provide backup to the department Process Operator. Assists with monitoring the operation to ensure that satisfactory rates of production are maintained and that quality is in compliance with established quality standards. Has the ability to work with and receive direction from the department Senior Process Operator.
• Must be able to fully qualify as a Briq Loader Operator to provide backup for the position. Will provide fill-in relief for vacations, projects, and training in the department; therefore, must be willing to have a flexible work schedule
• Performs preventative maintenance work and assists maintenance personnel during scheduled and unscheduled shutdown repairs.
• Responsible for maintaining department housekeeping standards. Must be capable of satisfactorily performing operations in a safe manner. Ensures that safety rules and procedures are followed. Participates in the teamwork concept to ensure a harmonious work environment and performs other duties as assigned.

Starting Hourly Rate - The starting hourly rate is $25.07. After qualifying in the role, the base pay rate increases to $25.84 per hour.
