Position Overview
We are looking for experienced, customer-focused barbers who are ready to build and maintain their own clientele. As a booth renter, you will operate as an independent contractor with the flexibility to run your own schedule while benefiting from the shop’s steady flow of walk-ins and appointments.
Key Details
- Booth Rent: $150.00 per week, due every Friday
- Vacation: One week per year with booth rent waived
- Schedule: You set your own hours and working days — full flexibility
- Booking Model: Primarily appointment-based (we are usually fully booked). Owner provides professional scheduling software at no cost to you.
- Starting Service Price: Haircuts start at $20.00

Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality barbering services including haircuts, fades, beard trims, and grooming services
- Maintain a clean and professional workstation
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships
- Manage your own appointments through the provided scheduling software
- Comply with all state licensing requirements and health/safety regulations
- Pay booth rent on time every Friday (except during one vacation week)
Requirements
- Valid barber license (required)
- Professional experience as a barber preferred
- Strong technical skills in modern and classic barbering techniques

Compensation
This is a booth rental position. Haircuts start at $20.00. You keep 100% of your service earnings after paying the weekly $150 booth rent. Earnings potential is based on your skill, clientele, and hours worked.
