Join a Growing Sports & Rehabilitation Team The Clinic Family Health & Sports Chiropractic is seeking a motivated Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) to join our growing multidisciplinary healthcare team. This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse orthopedic and sports medicine population in an established clinic serving athletes, active adults, workers' compensation patients, motor vehicle injury patients, and individuals seeking conservative musculoskeletal care. We are looking for a PT who is passionate about helping patients move better, recover faster, and return to the activities they enjoy.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide evidence-based rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs
- Utilize manual therapy and other appropriate treatment techniques
- Educate patients on injury prevention and long-term wellness strategies
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with chiropractors and other healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes
- Help grow and develop physical therapy services within the clinic
QualificationsRequired
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
- Licensed or license-eligible in North Dakota
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred
- Orthopedic or sports medicine experience
- Dry needling certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Manual therapy experience
- Interest in rehabilitation, performance, and active patient populations
