POSITION TITLE: Infusion Registered Nurse (RN)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program; current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Oklahoma.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience; prior infusion therapy experience strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in IV therapy, medication administration, and infusion pump operation.
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and patient education skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Evaluate patient health status, review infusion orders, and develop individualized care plans.
- Prepare and administer IV medications, fluids and other infusion therapies according to physician orders and clinical guidelines.
- Observe patients for adverse reactions, manage infusionrelated complications.
- Maintain accurate electric health records.
- Provide clear instructions on therapy, side effects, and home care, ensuring patient understanding and compliance.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, pharmacists, and other team members to develop and adjust care plans.
- Adhere to infection control standards, medication safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain and manage infusion equipment and supplies.
- Communicate effectively with the care team to coordinate treatment and followup
