We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by preparing and serving beverages in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of mixology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our customers.
Duties:
- Greet customers and take their drink orders promptly
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glasses
- Provide recommendations on drink selections based on customer preferences
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including processing payments and providing change
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their satisfaction throughout their visit
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the safety of our customers
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Bartender in the food industry preferred
- Strong knowledge of mixology techniques and drink recipes
- Proficient in cash handling procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
